Roulette is a multiplayer game that runs as a Discord Activity. This policy explains what it collects, why, and how long it keeps it. It is deliberately short, because the app collects very little.
When you launch the activity, Discord asks your permission to share basic account
information using the identify scope. That is the only permission the
app requests.
| Data | Why | Stored where |
|---|---|---|
| Discord user ID | To keep your chip balance attached to you between sessions | Saved to disk |
| Virtual chip balance | So you keep your chips when you leave and come back | Saved to disk |
| Display name and avatar | To show you to other players at the table | Memory only — discarded when the activity closes |
| Your bets and the round history | To run the game | Memory only — discarded when the activity closes |
| Activity instance ID | To put everyone who launched together at the same table | Memory only — discarded when the activity closes |
We do not collect your email address, your messages, your voice or video, your IP address for profiling, your friends list, or any information about what you do elsewhere on Discord or on the internet.
Chips in this game are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for anything of real-world value. The app has no payment processing of any kind and does not collect or store payment information. If your balance runs low it is topped back up automatically at no cost.
Your display name and avatar are visible to other players at the same table, which is the point of a multiplayer game. Nothing else is shared.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers. We use no third-party trackers.
The app runs on hosting infrastructure that processes data on our behalf, and it communicates with Discord's own API to verify who you are. Discord's handling of your data is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy, not this one.
Your user ID and chip balance are kept while the app is in service so your chips persist between sessions. Everything else — names, avatars, bets, table history — exists only in memory and is discarded when the activity closes.
You can request deletion of your stored balance at any time by contacting us at the address below with your Discord user ID. Deletion removes the record entirely; if you play again afterwards, you start fresh with a new starting balance.
You can also revoke the app's access at any time in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps.
All traffic between your client and our server is encrypted in transit. The server verifies every connection against Discord before allowing it to join a table, and it never accepts a client-supplied identity. Stored data is limited to the two fields described above.
No system is perfectly secure, but the practical exposure here is small: the record we hold about you is a user ID and a number.
This app is not directed to children under 13, and it follows Discord's minimum age requirements, which may be higher in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the record.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
