These terms govern your use of Roulette, a multiplayer game that runs as a Discord Activity ("the app"). By launching the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Roulette simulates an American double-zero roulette table for entertainment. All chips are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value, and confer no rights or ownership of any kind.
Because nothing of real-world value is wagered and no prize of real-world value can be won, the app is not a gambling service and does not offer real-money gaming.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country, and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the app.
Chips are granted to you at no cost. If your balance falls to or below the refill threshold, it is automatically topped back up. Balances are a convenience, not property: we may reset, adjust, or remove balances at any time, including to correct errors, address abuse, or as part of maintenance.
We make no guarantee that any balance will persist. Data loss, migration, or discontinuation of the service may reset balances without notice or compensation.
The outcome of each round is determined by the server, after betting closes, using a published commit-and-reveal scheme that lets any player verify the result was not altered after bets were seen.

The app is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it — in whole or in part — at any time without notice or liability.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, chips, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Because the app is provided free of charge and involves no items of monetary value, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to zero.

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a revision constitutes acceptance.
